Your schedule shouldn't live on a whiteboard
Most field service pros plan routes by eyeballing a map and hoping. The result: criss-crossing town between jobs, guessed arrival times, and customers calling to ask where you are. Every unnecessary mile is a job you didn't fit in.
Zig-zag routes
Jobs booked in the order calls came in, not the order that makes sense on the road.
Guessed ETAs
"Sometime between 9 and 12" frustrates customers and fills your day with where-are-you calls.
Overloaded days
Monday has 14 stops, Thursday has 4 — because nobody's balancing the week.
One customer list in. One smart week out.
Add your stops, set your constraints, and let the optimizer build a balanced multi-day plan — start to finish, every day beginning and ending at your shop.
Real road drive times
Routes are computed on the actual road network — not straight lines on a map — so your day holds up in the truck.
Multi-day balancing
Spread 60 stops across the week with even workloads, capped stops per day, and your working hours respected.
Arrival windows
"Only after 10 AM." "Must be Tuesday." Set per-stop rules and the plan honors them.
Priorities
Critical customers get scheduled first. Flexible ones fill in around them.
Arrival notifications
Send every customer their estimated arrival time before you roll — fewer calls, happier customers.
Saved customers & projects
Keep your regulars and your route plans in one place. Reuse last week's plan in two clicks.
Three steps to a planned week
Add your stops
Search addresses, click the map, or pull from your saved customers. Set service time per stop — 20 minutes or two hours.
Set your week
Choose which days you work, how many stops per day, and when you start. Add arrival windows where they matter.

Questions, answered
Do I need to install anything?
No — RouteRoush runs entirely in your browser, on desktop or phone. Turn-by-turn navigation hands off to Google Maps with one tap.
How are drive times calculated?
Routes are computed on the real road network, adjusted for time of day, plus a small buffer for parking and walking to the door. They're estimates, but honest ones.
Can I set rules per customer?
Yes — each stop can have its own service duration, earliest and latest arrival time, required weekday, and priority level. The optimizer respects all of them.
Where is my data stored?
Your customers and route plans are stored in your private account, protected so only you can see them. We never sell or share your customer data.
Do you support recurring schedules?
Recurring visit scheduling — "every customer, every N weeks, automatically" — is our next major feature, in active development. Start now and your customer list will be ready for it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Downgrade to free whenever you like and keep your account.
